I like SPS for its location, ease of access, and its friendly staff. I'm always treated well at SPS. However, I have an issue I feel is not being addressed properly. As a long term customer (since Feb 2016), I am subject to a rate increase TWICE annually. When I initially became a client, it was intended to be on a short term basis. In Apr 2016, I learned I had stage 4 cancer. I survived surgery and 12 rounds of chemo (June - Nov 2016), only to learn (Aug 2018) I need another series of chemo. As a loyal customer to Security Public Storage, I definitely do recommend this company to everyone I know. I really like the cleanliness. and the security of the lot is very proactive and it's not something you see often at most storage places and their prices are really affordable for the spaces.

Ive been with Security Public Storage for a little while now and I just love the enthusiasm of their employers very helpful and understanding and their patients with me lol but overall I recommend this Storage location I feel my belongings have been safe and secure.
