We have just started renting a unit there and it is so easy and accomidating. The staff there are friendly and helpful. The unit is clean and I would recommend this storage facility (and I have ) to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. LOVE the new carts when moving large items!
I've had household items and boxes in storage here for over five years and everything is still in the same condition as when I first stored it. No insect damage or dirt. This place is super!

Alec onsite manager suspends your unit when he does not like you. Extremely unprofessional and does not treat customers fairly. SPS should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this inequality.
Several issues with my experience so far: 1) Accessibility issues when I changed my move-in date a week earlier. Could not get in, key code not working - with 3 truckloads of stuff to drop off but could not until next day 2) The slide lock mechanism on my unit door was stuck closed and I had the lubricate / hammer it open to get access 3) The elevator is so small that you can barely load a couch or mattress without having to drag / push it along the dirty floor 4) I paid two month in advance and after 1 month I was notified ... read more
I've seen people doing drugs here, homeless sleeping in their units, I've even heard people having sex! I only come to my storage unit every couple years and the first time in 2 years I'm here and I was 4 minutes late leaving, and the manager Michelle comes up WITH NO MASK ON, with crazy attitude. Really? I've had my unit for almost 7 years and you harass me about 4 minutes? And no mask in a pandemic? Save yourself the stress and avoid this place...
