Helpful staff, issues are very rare and taken care of swiftly.
The units were very clean prior to moving in. The office staff is very friendly and always helpful. No insects or pests. I always feel safe having my belongings there. Would highly recommend

I have been extremely pleased with the efforts provided by the staff at the Glendora location. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for storage space, especially Dwayne, who helped set up all of the account details regarding the unit over the phone and email without me having to be there. I thank them greatly and appreciate the quality of their customer service.
