They have always worked with my unit for a long time. They understand your situation, they bend over backwards to make sure that your unit doesn't go into AUCTION, if it comes to that point. I been with security public storage for almost 2 years i live far now but i dread moving because i know i wont get the same service else where. They are very nice, great customer service, and the best manager by far. Thank you.
