They are absolutely wonderful. They are very informative and very hospitable. They are so nice to everyone and very polite to the new people as well. While I was in there, another customer came in and he was very polite to me but still helped the other tenant and then resumed business with me. Today I went in to make a payment and met his wonderful wife and they were again very hospitable and very nice. They explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions that I had
I went online to check the hours of operation because it was Memorial Day and didn’t want to drive all that way for no reason. The website said the access gate hours and then said the facility itself was closed. I assumed that I would still be able to access my unit because the gate hours didn’t say closed. When I got there (I’ve always had difficulty with my code) I tried to enter my code and it wasn’t working. The gate started opening so I figured my code finally worked. Not be so rude and condescending after my storage gets broken into . The old guy was rolling his eyes and asking the same questions , just being an asshole. My husband goes to talk to him and asks him why is he being rude and rolling his and and he starts to act more like a jerk, and turns around and acts like he's going to lunge at him and then threatens to evict us.

RecommendedWe need a storage unit quickly. Security Public Storage was easy to reserve online and we were able to move our stuff in the next day. The staff was helpful and very nice.
