This is a great facility. Very secure gate requiring access code. It’s in a safe neighborhood with quick access from San Pablo ave. We have had 2 units for a few years now and they are a reasonable price especially for this area. The management is on site, they are friendly and professional and keep the premises in top condition. Living in this area there is definitely a need for additional storage space and this place has been great for our needs.
Save your money and go elsewhere. This place thrives off of nickel and diming their (no longer repeat) customers. Charging for a full month and over the phone stating they prorate you when you leave (a few days later) and then saying sorry, no refunds. The second issue is all of my stuff is riddled with spiders. My actual nightmare. NOT TO MENTION, SHORTLY AFTER MOVING IN, I NOTICED THERE WAS A HOMELESS WOMAN LIVING IN A UNIT. I wouldn’t trust my stuff here ever again. Last time I step foot in this dump.
Did not issue gate code at time of rental. Even though once it was issued, it still did not work. Had to return to the office. Lucky someone was there.
This was the easiest transaction and the best deal possible in this entire area for storage units great customer service in the front office. Could not have asked for a better Duo of people to help me find a unit the best of my needs. That's off to them I fully recommend this place 100%.
The best storage facility in Richmond. Affordable prices, great selection of units. Easy check in process. Very professional on site managers. I recommend coming here first, no hidden charges, no scammy charges for locks, they don’t increase rates every 2-3 months like other facilities, great new lease discounts.
