The two people in the front office are super nice and patient. They changed my unit size, per my request, checked me in and got me to my unit ASAP. I would definitely recommend it. Also love that each unit is alarmed!
The managers at this facility are really lovely. Kind, responsive, and so helpful. It made the experience great.
Nice and clean facility, however they increased my rent for almost 40% after 3 months. I have never had such experience with any rental before. Its not customary, fair, nor smart.
I hate to write bad reviews - but this is certainly deserved. This facility collected in error an additional month of rent after they knew I vacated the unit -- due to a 40% increase! That was February. This is June and I still have not received the promised refund. Where is their accountability for an error, their follow through on promises and timely correction of a mistake? They keep trapping me in their bureaucracy saying I have to wait 7-10 weeks for a paper mailed checked - rather than a credit to the credit card they... read more
I called Security Public Storage for assistance for rental, and the staff was very friendly, polite, and very helpful. When we visited the office we were very impressed by the clean units and the security features. The prices are excellent, and the staff has gone the extra mile to help with our storage needs to make sure that we have the right unit for the storage capacity for our personal items.
