The sales staff (in particular Miriam) were very helpful in helping me to select the best option of carpet for my stairs. I had originally wanted a herringbone pattern, but they pointed out the issue with running multiple directions, so I switched to a different carpet. Had I not switched, I would have been very disappointed. The installer, Dave, did a superb job of installing. He was very meticulous and particular about his work. Sorry, this review is long overdue. We had some issues with the first two carpets that Seestedt's installed. They never disputed the problem and were great to work with. When the third carpet was laid their installers even helped us move some of the furniture. Tina, the owner, was so friendly and accommodating. Seestedt's went above and beyond! From our experience I would highly recommend them.

Service was great from the minute we walked in. Clare was very knowledgeable and spot on with her estimates. Very fun to work with! Installer Julian and co-worker did a fantastic job. They were on time and worked hard throughout the day, our stairs were difficult, and they did a beautiful job. Put the previous installation to shame. Very very pleased working with Seestedts Highly recommend!

We had helpful service in choosing our flooring and prompt scheduling. Then, despite the installer running into unexpected difficulties with removing the old flooring, we were charged the price quoted initially. I will continue to do business with Seestedt's.

22 years ago we had Seestedts install flooring in our kitchen. Because that experience was so positive, I contacted Miriam Hodge who sold us our original flooring to have a new installation of vinyl flooring. Once again, everything was excellent from our first contact to look at samples, to communication with our Miriam, to the installer who was a great guy and did an outstanding job.
