Beware!!!! Recently purchased a BMW. I had worked with Tyler on this deal and it’s been nothing but headaches after. Unfortunately I’m needing a new engine after 3 days of purchasing the vehicle. It’s weird because when I bought the car everything was fine. No check engine light and running fine. Next thing you know, check engine light comes on and the mechanic is now saying they sold me a lemon. Now since they won’t help me I have to take matters in my own hands. Please stay very far away
I should have read all the reviews. We worked with Alex, unfortunately, within the first week. The engine went out, I don’t understand they seemed so nice at first and now I’m having to deal with a car that broke down within the first week. I called and they kept pushing me away and avoiding the situation.
Please please go see this young lady Anita she will help you get a car asap! I came in at 12:15 I’m walking out at 1:45pm. She’s great! Her customer service is awesome and this is my second car from them so that should speak a little bit of volume for Select Automotive!
Merced and Cody went the extra mile to help me get the car of my dreams!! Customer service was amazing through the whole process and everyone was nice and friendly. This being my first car, they helped me understand and guided me through financing my new car. The process was quick and easy and everything I wasn’t sure about, I got my questions answered. Amazing dealership and wide variety of vehicles to fit whichever desires you have. Way better than Elite Motors!!
Very positive experience from start to finish. Really interesting inventory. They had what I wanted and made it happen. What can I say, would buy there again if need be.
