"Derek comes through! Again" A year ago Derek Pugh got me into vehicle that suited my family needs and it was everything he promised. We discussed a year plan and with the amazing experience I had a year ago I had no question at all on who I was going to for round 2. With a better than expected trade in offer and and a couple quick days of structuring the financing to suit my financial needs, I was driving away in a pretty much brand new 7 seater SUV with all the bells and whistles. Comfortable, fast and efficient service! In both experiences we have had as a family at Icar we have had excellent service, especially with our dealer, Derrick. The process was fairly quick, free of hassle and free of trouble. With the help of our dealer we found the perfect vehicle that we are extremely happy with! Overall, we couldn't have asked for better service in regards to efficiency as well as effectiveness in meeting our needs!
