"Back Again" We bought a Jeep Cherokee last summer and after thinking long and hard about the pros vs cons of the model (mainly the possible transmission issues) we went ahead and bought it with an extended warranty. Well, bad luck hit and it went into the shop 4 times in 8 months. We went back to iCar and Jake and Chris went above and beyond to get us into a new car. "Incredible Customer Service" We went to Icar Thunder Bay to buy a large vehicle for our family. We purchased a 2010 Yukon Xl. Derek Pugh the salesman there went above and beyond excellent customer service, He is honest and will go above and beyond to make sure you receive the best in everything, i have to admit being a mechanic i know what i want and will take nothing less. And Derek met all of my concerns and questions head on. Icar should be proud to have a salesman of Dereks integriy and drive to make a customer happy.
