"Greatest customer service experience" Purchased my new truck from Derek Pugh at the icar in Thunder Bay Ontario. I've been through multiple who keeps purchases and I'm pleased to say that the customer service offered from Derek and team was fantastic! I walked in and was greeted with a warm smile and a kind welcoming voice.
