Kelly was such a pleasure to work with! Having grown up in the area, she has first hand experience of anything you would need to know about the immediate and surrounding communities. She was punctual, attentive, and always a quick text or email away (even letting me know important updates when she was away for a few days on vacation!). In a "Seller's Market," we knew as buyers that we had to be quick to view houses and even quicker to put in offers. Kelly was always available for viewings and was invariably realistic with us. On her knowledgeable suggestion, we submitted a backup offer to a house we absolutely fell in love with. Because of her tip, we are now living in that very house a few weeks later as first time home buyers! We couldn't be more grateful.
