I was bad and they were good So, it was my first time for service on my used Toyota Camry and I was not so nice. I was prepared for a fight. I had a rattling under my car and was sure that my engine was going to fall out. Someone told me it was the motor mounts. I got scared and was not nice to Laura Estrada the Service Advisor. But she was very professional with me and didn't get mean. She made sure my car was checked out and even had the Mechanic come out and talk to me.
