Fixed my issues and made my purchase right I purchased a car for my family and I at the end of August. The sales experience was quick and easy. Tracey Smith was my salesman. Tracey has been available to me thru Cell and Text the whole time. While after dealing with some issues after the purchase I thought I was stuck with a bad situation but the GM Scott got involved. tandal very good. Post purchase process too long We were happy with Randal's service and care. The process with Christopher Moore i.e. signing the documentation we found to be too long and frustrating with the focus being more on trying to sell us add ons more than getting the documents signed.
