Regular maintenance service I brought my Chevy Equinox in for its regular oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment but showed up half an hour early and they took me right in. Since I was at 15,000 miles they advised me of another recommended need. I plan to do that at a later date and they were not pushy about me taking care of it that day. My wait time was much shorter than anticipated and they threw in a complimentary wash. Everyone in the service department is friendly and knowledgeable.
Really excellent service. I arrived t5o make an appointment for a service and your representative said he could do it right away and provide me with a car, and I could collect it in about 1.5 hours. Wonderful service.

Oil change Always friends and helpful in the service department and always fast and not a lot of wait time.
Tried to get me to pay more than we agreed. When I contracted for a lease in 2013, I had to stop the paperwork twice to get the price we originally agreed to. I still paid a little more for than we agreed but got tired of stopping the procedure for the third time. The dealership has changed hands so it might not be the same but, when David Maus still owned it, that was my experience. This was a lease, not a purchase.
