Sentry was fast, very responsive (via email and phone), and fair. The workers showed up at 6:45 a.m. to ensure the job would be done in one day. Very happy with my decision to go with Sentry.
I had some loose shingles on my roof that exposed the underlayment and allowed water to get into the house. I called Sentry and they came right out to inspect the roof and give me an estimate. There was a hurricane/strong storm coming up the east coast and the foreman at Sentry did what he could to get my home reshingled before the rains came. Within days, he had a crew on my roof and they were done in a day! I am completely satisfied and very grateful for the sense of urgency that Sentry had about my predicament.
