Today, Dr. Terri Jackson of Sequoia Veterinary Clinic in Canby came to my house and peacefully, and compassionately, and efficiently helped me say goodbye to my 15 year old Aussie, Talley. What was one of the hardest moments of my life was made more peaceful and accepting by Dr. Jackson - who had the creative insight to point out a heart shaped drool stain on my jeans after we'd together freed Talley from pain and the trappings of old age. Thank you, Dr. Jackson.
Dr Cochell has once again done an amazing job taking good care of my cat to get him better again. Much thanks to everyone there. The staff are all amazing.
Dr Terri Jackson was amazing with us when we had to put our old wonderful dog down. She was so compassionate. She let us hold him in our arms as she administered the medicine to put him to sleep (which meant she sat on the floor and gave him the medicine). He passed away calmly in our arms, and we were so greatful. Dr Jackson helped to make a really tough time so much easier. Thank you so much!
This is the best vet clinic I have ever been to. The staff is so helpful, so thoughtful and so kind. They have made my experience there so wonderful. They always know how to work with my situation and make sure it fits my budget. I will definitely be going there every time! I recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Rarely answer the phones, waits weeks to approve chewy prescriptions, then wants to force appointments and withholds food and flea medicine. Unprofessional, uncaring, will not be returning. Update: please see my original review, you guys never answer your phone. I called 4 times with no return call the delay was on the Vet. And even still holding my dogs prescription food hostage when it's the only food she's eaten for 10 years is ridiculous. Any decent Vet knows you don't change a dogs food this late in their life.
