We are so grateful for Serenity Pediatrics!! As a mom of four, I’m there often and am so glad we made the switch. The staff is kind, attentive and helps however they can. They’ve even sent me home with bags of formula donations. We love Stacy at the front desk and Ianna Q! My kids love that each room is a different theme and there is never a packed waiting room. Serenity Now :)

After multiple negative experiences over the past year with Serenity Pediatrics, we are switching to a different pediatric practice as I do not feel that this practice provides patient-centered care. As iterated by other reviewers, each experience with Serenity had progressively gotten worse. More than once during our time as a patient here, I have called requesting a call back from a nurse or doctor, and never received one. I love the physicians at serenity and appreciate them so much. We have seen a few different doctors through the years based on availability but mostly Dr Rubinstein and Casterline. Both always excellent. I am so glad to take both my kids to serenity pediatrics. The fish tank is great for the kids and all the staff are so kind. They deserve all the accolades I can think of.

We have been doing to Serenity since our daughter was born in 2013. We live in the Royal Oak area and it’s worth the 15 minute drive. We’ve always feel welcomed by staff, and it never takes long to get into your appointment once you show up. We’ve seen almost everyone on staff, but we do choose to see Dr. Casterline. She’s great, she listens to our concerns about our kids, and we “jive” well which is important. Our kids often talk about her at home, always look forward to seeing her when we have an appointment. Serenity Pediatrics was referred to us by friends. They have exceeded our expectations every time we go in to see them. They were even willing to see both my kiddos at the same time. Front desk staff are polite, professional, and personable. The doctors/nurses are kind, informed and are willing to listen to my concerns. Less important but also fun are the patient rooms.
