This is the second time we have worked with Sergio and his Team. The first time was with a new mortgage, and this was a refinance of the existing mortgage to take advantage of a lower rate. The level of service is extraordinary with Sergio, the speed in which the transaction was completed was also fantastic. I would absolutely recommend Sergio to any of my friends! His speed and accuracy in quotes and closing is unbelievable.

I did a cash out refi. Sergio and his team had the lowest rate of any of the lenders that I shopped. I was able to complete most of the process electronically which made things very easy. Whenever I had questions they would answer them quickly. I found my dealings with them to be professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
