I have been a customer of Sergio's Jewelers since the mid 1990's. For various reasons, I have continued to be their customer. They "all" treat you respectfully, professionally and in a friendly manner. The quality of their jewelry is superb and whatever your price level may be, they have it. Customized jewelry is not a problem for them. They have created specialized jewelry for my special loved one !! These people, from owner on down, are truly loyal to their customers. The staff at Sergio's worked with me through buying my wife's engagement ring and then selecting our wedding bands. I could not be happier with the result. I worked with Debbie at Sergio’s to create a engagement ring for our anniversary. What a wonderful experience! As I live out of town, Deb was able to arrange for me to come in to pick a diamond with my specifications on short notice. She patiently helped me pick out a setting and arranged for its customization. I never felt any pressure and she really listened to what I wanted.
