I purchased a couch from them a week before thanksgiving. Okay, so they tell me it will be a 6 to 8 week wait. Cool, well it's now January and I keep having to ask and call them about updates to my order. About 2 months after they said it would arrive at their warehouse. I went into the store on Saturday and chose the items I wanted. I was informed the date of delivery would be on the following Thursday. I received a call informing me the delivery time would be 3-7pm. The delivery driver made it to deliver around 7:25pm. Upon arrival the driver informed me that he did not have one of the items I had ordered due to them being out of stock, and he did not know when or if they would get anymore, and I needed to reach out to the store. We bought a couch set at the end of Feb (apx the 20th) of 2020. Before the year was up it started falling apart. When I called about warranty I was told I'm only covered for accidents only, but not due to the set just being junk and falling apart, which now, not even 5 years later the springs are sprung, the material ripped up, one of the seats on couch has separated from rest of couch.
