He answered all our questions and explained all the aspects of the couches/recliner and all its features. He was genuine and never pushy. I purchased a couch from them a week before thanksgiving. Okay, so they tell me it will be a 6 to 8 week wait. Cool, well it's now January and I keep having to ask and call them about updates to my order. About 2 months after they said it would arrive at their warehouse. I'm not upset that it is taking longer. I'm upset that I paid in full and have to CALL them for updates.
