I’m so sad I didn’t get the sell reps name today We came today around 12:50 left around 1:20 We met a Hispanic woman and we ordered a midnight madness black 4 piece with a matching chase ! And she was top tier phenomenal she told us it’ll take about a month for the furniture to arrive at the Katy warehouse which we were totally fine with communication is everything I see alot of horrible reviews on people wanting their items rushed but if you quality patience is key ! We had the best experience with Ali, we walked in and told her what we were looking for, she helped us find the perfect bedroom set, living room and dining room set! That all matched! She was so helpful and very knowledgeable and made the experience so quick and easy! Highly recommend her!
I had so many issues when I purchased a living room set, I called the warranty department and was told there’s nothing they will do to fix my furniture that went to crap in 2 months and then I went through the runaround with corporate for the next two months being put on hold over an hour then it would just hang up on me every 3 days I called and the same thing would happen over and over no one would answer my concerns how my living room set looked like it was 3 years old already just after two months and literally me and my... read more
