Chris R. and his team from ServiceMaster were great! We had a sewage backup problem in our basement. He called me within an hour or two of me contacting them. He told me they could have a crew come the same day. He asked me to take photos for a quote instead of coming to see the site and then creating a quote, which a couple of the other companies did. They were friendly, thorough, clean and respectful of our home and fast. I would highly recommend them. Chris and team thank you so much!!!

With basement flooding, we asked friends who to call, and ServiceMaster was the one most recommended. From the start, we felt in good hands. They know what they are doing, have the equipment and teams to help you, quickly and efficiently. They worked with us as bad weather kept coming, very patient with us, and we got the full sign off on full cleanup, no mold. Thank you to John and Chris and team.

Chris R**** was great. Sunday night of a holiday weekend and within 15 minutes of calling in an issue, he rang me back to make a game plan. Professional, responsive, on time, great to work with.

ServiceMaster did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. Crew and office are very professional.
We had a sewage back up in our downstairs bathroom into the basement. Once we contacted ServiceMaster, Chris and his team were efficient at removing the wet and damaged materials as well as cleaning and sanitizing before mold set in. Still completing the drying process with several air movers and a dehumidifier down there. They are scheduled to be picked up tomorrow.
