They were all kind, caring, listened well, communicated well...plus their entire team were like the best of friends cutting up, singing, and mostly just enjoyed each other and the job at hand! Flooded basement job Overall great experience. Project manager Jason Gomez got out to my house same day I called! Crew members Caleb and Walter were out to the house very next day. They both were very respectful and courteous to work with the times they were here. I would recommend Servpro of Ft Wayne anytime you have a cleaning, restoration job!!! Servpro truly offers 24/7 service. Answered our 1:00 am emergency. Project Manager, Emma Gallo was on-site hours later assessing, measuring & explaining the next phases of cleanup. First crew member to arrive was Theo Jones, to assess equipment needed immediately. The crew assigned to the property was amazingly respectful and hard workers. They did not waste any time and Caleb always took time to answer questions, follow our requests, and explain the process.
