Robert and Rob were very friendly and compassionate that was greatly appreciated especially what we were going through. I know they come into mitigate the situation, but some furniture did get scratched and items were everywhere. This part wasn’t communicated to us at all and coming from someone that’s never gone through this. I feel like that it should’ve been upfront.I feel like they need to be a little bit more careful when removing items in your home.
Lack of communication between employees isn’t great. I waited over a week because the destruction team forgot to tell the construction team that we were ready for them to start building back together. Also, the insurance adjuster was willing to pay for more replacementcarpet, then the and the Servpro employee submitted, buthad had told meshe would put it in the bid and did not. They did good when they got there as far as prepping and getting fan and dehumidifier set up but let me down on getting back in after drying was done to put salon back together

Came home to water all over our floors after our water heater broke. Servepro got to us quickly, were professional, set up dryers and followed up on time for the next several days. Truthful and kind leaving us a number we could get in touch with them if needed.
