Seth, was very helpful helping me get a mortgage loan for the purchase of mu home. He always answered my questions and concerns. His knowledge's of mortgage loans was the reason I was able to buy this home while having a loan with another mortgage company.Seth, always kept me up to date on the loan process to the date of closing.

I had the greatest experience with Seth Stern in financing my new home. Being a first time homebuyer can be very stressful without the knowledge of figures you're up against. Seth made me comfortable with the figures and answered any questions I had in a promptly manner. I was a little bit worried about the process when I started. Seth was the one who made it happen. My realtor recommended him and I asked him about the loan options. I left him a message and he called in the next hour. I answered his questions and in two hours I was pre-aproved. A week later I sent him all requested documents and one day later I had a pre-approval confirmation, I knew my limitations and I started looking for a home. My first contact with Seth was on a day that he was off, and he called me from home to respond to my email. I had mentioned in my email that I didn't even expect a call that day because it was an official holiday.
