Seth was so quick at everything he did. He pre-approved us in 20 minutes and the current lender we had took 3 days. I could just tell right off the bat that these guys move quickly and get this process done without dragging it out. So we went with Churchill/Seth and it was the best decision we made. We will continue to use them in the future and recommend to everyone! He always explained everything to me and took time to call me and explain things even if it was after business office hours.
