Staff is great!
Honestly I hardly ever leave reviews, but from the moment I walked into this place I was greeted with all smiles and friendly demeanors from the two ladies at the front desk. They asked how I was feeling, whether I was nervous or excited and if I had any questions. They truly made me feel welcomed and I ended-up adding an area because I already felt like my experience here would be a positive one. Great environment/decor! Front desk: Service is okay. The cashier/scheduler doesn't really smile/show she likes working there. I get this deal with small areas of my body (feet, armpit, upper lip). The RN that helped me this last session said my feet were too tanned for the laser. Front desk said they couldn't offer anything in place for my feet treatment so that's why 1 star less than 5 star.
SEV LASER IS A VERY CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS... BOTH RECEPTIONISTS WERE BEYOND FRIENDLY AND TALKED TO ME WHILE I WAITED... it was a great experience. The receptionist was very nice. Location was easy to find. My laser treatment was explained and done quickly. I recommend it!
