I completely got my days mixed up and missed an appointment. SEV got me in the next day and did not give me any grief about my mistake. They were so professional and understanding. The nurse whom did my laser removal procedure was so friendly and did not make it uncomfortable at all despite me doing a brazilian laser procedure. :)

Love love love this place! I don't remember her name but the current nurse/technician who is 30 weeks pregnant has been my fave. She is so thorough and does an amazing job to cover every part. I've had her twice out of my 4 sessions and she is amazing. Laser hair removal has been the best decision. It's an easier, faster, and less painful way to remove unwanted hair.
The employees at SEV are very kind and friendly. The experience was super quick and painless. After my first session I already started noticing results. I'm very pleased with SEV and have recommended it to friends!

Love the place very clean and girls there are very nice. I was a little nervous at first since it is my first time getting laser but the girls there explained everything they do, showed me the machine they use. It went well. It did not hurt at all. I bought the package they offer for the full face and still have 4 more session's to go. Love going there. Highly recommend this place. Thank you girls for making me feel comfortable.
