My experience with all the employees at SEV Laser Walnut Creek was amazing as always. However, there were children and loud customers in the waiting room. I suppose much can’t be done about that. So, I chose to wait outside for my appointment. I look forward to returning it is always a pleasure. I really appreciate how professional all the staff is. Nice work!
Everyone was nice! Place is clean and the appointment was fast. After just one session 80% of my hair stopped growing and I no longer have in-grown hairs. So excited to no longer shave or wax again!
The nurse was late so my appointment started about 20 min behind. I liked that it was super quick and not painful but it did not feel thorough. I have been doing laser on my lip and chin for a long time so I know there are just certain parts that need attention. She did the once over very quickly and when I asked her to really address certain parts of my chin she just said “I already did”. Hopefully when I go back a second time she will turn up the intensity and really focus on the areas I want.
As very nervous person I can’t believe how warmly they made me feel,my results fast as in one visit!!!
My experience was very pleasant . On time and very informative.
