I was so nervous but EVERYONE from the front desk ladies to the nurse who performed the procedure was SO friendly. The procedure was quick and relatively painless, genuinely excited for my next one!!!

Awesome every time I go to the Los Gatos location I feel so much comfortable. The girls are just great and genuine. The whole atmosphere is friendly and I feel so welcoming. Don’t feel the same at the Walnut Creek location I had to go there a few times and I hope I never have to make an appointment there ever.
