This was my first experience at SEV laser and I was beyond impressed with the business. From the moment I walked in, Alexis , lovely Front Desk greeted me and explained the difference between the 10minute touch vs a full session of laser. She looks even offered to reschedule my appointment until my patches grew back in, since I have shaved already. But was also kind enough to change my appointment to a full underarm and Brazilian. Very little wait time, love the nurses and most of the receptionist are very friendly except for one receptionist. I feel that the receptionist has a very important role, they are the face of the company and should be friendly and smile when greeting someone.
