I am so so happy that I did this, my only regret is that I didn’t do it years ago. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. YOU MUST complete the forms they email you within 48 hours of your appointment time, otherwise your appt will be cancelled. The questions on the forms are making sure that you’re not showing any symptoms of coronavirus.
I was veey excited to redeem this Groupon voucher however they are not booking for 2020 any longer. I had to make a reservation for February 2021 as the earliest appt. This was very disheartening. However the representative i spoke with was professional and knowledgeable. I wish i had chosen a different company there are a few offering the same deal

Have yet to start my laser hair removal process yet, due to them not having any appointments available until January.... I’m still looking forward to using their service, but having to wait three months for their “earliest” appointment seems to be a bit much.
