I've been to other LHR offices and nothing compares to SEV. I HIGHLY recommend SEV Laser - Austin! From the first phone call to checking out after completing my appointment every employee was friendly, professional, and genuine in their pursuit of red carpet customer service! The LHR treatment was quick and painless with some great follow-up care advice provided by the technician.

I’ve had one appointment here so far and love it. I used to go to a different laser place in Austin for a while and just wasn’t happy there but SEV has been far better so far and I am happy I switched! Pretty environment, nice and helpful staff, take the time to inform you of everything. Great pricing overall even after Groupon is finished.
Staff was AMAZING!!! The front desk member (Aubrey or Audrey??) was incredibly helpful in chatting me through my first time and making me feel comfortable. The technician was also amazing (Kat) and I can’t wait to go back. Would recommend!!!
