It was so quick and easy. I was amazed. My technician made me feel so relaxed especially since this was my first time. She was great.
The laser experience did not hurt at all and was shockingly quick. Only problem was their scheduling system. You are supposed to go every 6-8 weeks but when I tried to schedule my next appointment, their only availability was 11 weeks out! If you know the effectiveness of laser is dependent on maintaining that 6-8 week schedule, there needs to be improvement in availability or # of technicians.
They are amazingly friendly and informative I can’t wait for my next appointment!

SEV is So Good! The fresh, sweet & delicate aroma you smell as soon as you walk in felt peaceful. It was clean & comfy. My service was full Brazilian + underarms that took about 10 minutes. It was my first session so the laser felt a bit uncomfortable to me but the cool air helped me relax alittle. Friendly service which I appreciate. No long wait time. Love it! Thanks SEV! I'll be back ❤️
WONDERFUL! I had Kylie doing my laser hair removal (half legs/Brazilian) she was AMAZING!!! The girls were very nice to me as I called last min to ask if they had any cancellations. If you get the Groupon make sure you call before because they are booked like a month and a half in advance!!!
First appointment went smoothly. Kelly was great. She listened to my style request, gave suggestions, and was pleasant during the process making it quick and virtually painless.
