Everything is great except how they are making them set up the follow up appointments. I always schedule my appointments for late afternoon because of work and now they are having to schedule the first time that is open so if i schedule 8 weeks out they have to schedule me earlier than i can make it. This is the craziest thing I have heard of. With doctor appointments people schedule around their lives and need to be able to pick the time they can make it in if it is not full. Please change this back to the way it was.
I have no problem recommending Advanced Pain of Tulsa to anyone.

Never had a problem with Mark Hall- very caring about his patients and doesn't intend to change your care plan if it's working successfully for you. The only problem I have currently is the new scheduling system- I need to come in at specific times as I have done for years! Having consecutive scheduling makes it difficult to navigate my tricky schedule.
all my experience overall have been very good with Dr. Hall.
She is the best! Always friendly & caring. Takes her time to make sure all of my issues are taken care of. They are very lucky to have her! I certainly feel lucky to have her!
Every time I come in everyone is very nice, the front desk people as well as the nurses and doctors.
