unfortunately, i took my dog in for his Paw Plan checkup just recently and he went in just fine, when he came out, he had a badly swollen eye do to a blunt force hit to his left eye. One of the staff and or handler's that took him in the back beat my dog Prince to get him to comply or submit. As a man of God, May God expose that person that beat my dog (Hit him in the eye) and bring them to their knees.
I’ve heard amazing reviews. I was so excited to take my dog since she is very skittish and has to have me in the room to behave. We were first trying to be sold an insurance policy. Then tried have heartworm treatment forced on us by both the vet tech and vet. They vet herself seemed more interested in how other dogs behave vs how my dog is handled and behaves at the vet. My dog received inadequate care for 2 months and records were not kept properly. When I did see another vet, she had no info to go on because my dog’s 5 seizures had never been recorded. Less than 2 months later, he was diagnosed with cancer😢. When I filed a complaint for inadequate care, I was sent a letter from Seven Bends stating they would no longer see or treat my animals. Glad all businesses don’t operate this way
When you go sliding sideways into the vet’s office, covered in blood, hysterical, with a bloody dog and THREE employees run outside to help YOU KNOW YOU CAME TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE. I can not thank them enough for their kindness. Not only helping me and my dog, but also with my child. I’ve never been to a vet office with so much compassion.
12 days ago, while my nearly 16 year old Labrador Retriever was dying I called Seven Bends Veterinary Hospital and the rudest receptionist answered the phone. Explained that my 16 year old dog is dying. I said I know you are closed on Saturdays. Asked if a vet is on call. Answer: We don't do that. I said, yes you do make house calls to put animals down;I know, you did this for one of my other dogs. She said well we won't do it tomorrow b/c we are closed. Horrible. If you can't pay them $300 (Their breakdown of tests for a very sick kitten), they kick you out. On the spot. My husband walked in today, our kitten we saved from a creek. Hadn't eaten or had water for a few days. He got to the exam room, was handed a paper quoting $280, at least, to walk out the door. We didn't have that cash, so asked if we could do a pay plan. They won't help older people with a monthly income . Its all about the money now.
