I had the WORST experience of my life with Seven View Chrysler. Back in December 2024, after a rear bumper accident, I chose them for the repairs through my insurance. I specifically told Rick in the body shop to check EVERYTHING properly, including the bumper, the discolored area above it, and the leaking issue that started right after the accident. We bought a Toyota Cross through Peter who was fantastic! Peter went above and beyond... It is rare that service like this exists anymore. He was easy to work with, made the process smooth was considerate with us and very fair. The car is awesome exactly as expected a month after purchase we could not be happier. Highly recommend. Justin in finance was great as well. Good business with professional dedicated employees. Shout out to Peters step father who was so kind and helpful.
I recently had my RAM truck serviced at Seven View on Highway 7. While the work was completed, I found the experience disappointing. The charges were significantly higher compared to others, and despite being promised a truck wash, it was not done. The explanation provided was that the person had left early due to an emergency, which gave the impression that only one individual is responsible for this task.
