Horrible service from desk clerk Chassidy at Shadows Apartment. She wasted our time. She was unhelpful. Screamed and yelled over phone. She showed she didn't care about us getting an apartment. Never again.
Called to inquire about the apartments and spoke with the manager Ms Chassady, she was so kind and helpful. 10/10 experience. I look forward to moving in the future =)
