RecommendedVery kind. Brought a blanket to my pet so he could be comfortable. Always follows up with text. And they don’t take advantage of your pet needing immediate care by charging u a fee if scheduling same day or even same week. The reason I left my “previous” vet of 5 years in Magnolia was due to them charging almost $100 if they were able to fit in a visit the same week. Either u have an opening or u don’t. This is my new vet for my 3 dogs. Ty Shady Brook

RecommendedEveryone at Shadybrook was kind and respectful. I felt like they were fair and didn't judge over our circumstances. We took one of our senior cats, who hadn't been seen in a long while. He needed to have some dental work done and antibiotics along with vaccines. Everyone was gentle with him, and made me feel comfortable leaving my cat in their care. I highly recommend Shady Brook Animal Hospital!

RecommendedLost dog showed up at my house and Shady Brook promptly scanned him for me and located the owner. They were so nice and concerned for the dog. It was a very happy ending.

RecommendedI’ve found my favorite vet! I recently moved to magnolia and have tried 3 other vet hospitals around here and they just weren’t it at all… until I found shady brook! Everyone including the doctors are sooo sweet and understanding, it’s refreshing! RecommendedI just moved into the area and decided to bring my puppers to get updated on his vaccines last week. Dr. Sarah Neaderhouser was great! The vet technician was amazingly sweet and helpful! I wish I could remember her name because i’d definitely like to have her in the room with me and my dog for the next visit! They are great about reaching out to check on your pet! I don’t leave reviews ever and I loved the atmosphere and was impressed with the appointment from the beginning to the end!
