High quality service These folks are exceptional. Very informative super friendly staff. As a youngster I had a terrible dental experience SSDC has proven to me that it can actually be a positive experience. They are great!
The receptionist was so kind, even telling me she had already checked me in when she saw I would have to wait behind someone else who had some questions. Dr. Clay is always a joy to talk to, and is very thorough and professional in his treatment. He also takes time to explain procedures and check to see if you have any questions. Shady Spring Dental is always a pleasant and first-rate experience

High Quality Service Great staff!!! I've been a patient for 8 years. Dr. Heiner is professional and does excellent work. I had an old silver filling replaced with the benefit of laughing gas. No problems during or after procedure. Best dentist office in Beckley area!!!!! I even got a back massage in one the new chairs they have during the procedure.....Awesome😍
High quality service I had a filling break off on a Sunday. I called the office on Monday and got an appointment for the next day This was fine with me as I was in no pain. Had I been in pain, I would have asked to come in that same day. I am completely confidant that they would have made room for me.
