The very best in care I have always been pleased with the care at Shady Spring Dental. Everyone, from the office staff to the hygienists to the dentists, was caring, friendly and professional in their interactions with me. Dr. Clay explained the procedure thoroughly, showed care about any pain or discomfort I might experience, and showed great skill in addressing my problem. He has such a friendly manner that always puts me at ease.
The staff is very friendly and professional. My appointment was as scheduled with no waiting. Everyone works very well together and makes the experience less stressful.
Great! Everyone was very courteous, professional, and friendly. When I went in Susie was there at the desk to greet me and very helpful with the questions that I had. Addy was the lady that did my cleaning and x-rays and she was very patient and answered any questions that I had. Thanks!
Great experience A visit is always a pleasant experience whether dental work or a cleaning. Minor things are taken care of without an additional office visit.

Broken tooth Called to schedule & had to reschedule. They called when they had a cancellation & pulled me in earlier than the rescheduled date. I ended with a crown & unexpected expense but was given all my options and the choice was mine. Thank you Dr Heiner.
