My experience at Dr. Wills's office is always pleasant, friendly, and thorough. There is never extensive waiting for my appointments to begin or otherwise!
Dr. Wills and each member of his staff with whom I have dealt are very professional and caring. I really appreciate the extra time and effort they exert to make sure the patient is comfortable. More importantly, they clearly explain problems they identify which need to be addressed, and the procedures which will be used.
I would like to say a special thank you to Noel! She did a wonderful job not only cleaning my and both my daughters teeth, she made the experience enjoyable. She put the girls at ease and was able to talk with each of them on their own level. It is not common for a dental visit to be a positive experience but your staff was friendly and caring and went beyond expectations. Thank you!

The entire staff is always friendly. The dentist understands if you're nervous or apprehensive about dental work. I have been to a few different dentists, but never one like this. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Wills runs one of the most professional businesses in the area. He has worked with my oral surgeon seamlessly for unprecedented results. When I go in, there is very little wait time, if any. The staff is SO nice it hardly seems that they are at work. I have been a happy customer that drives from Beckley for over 5 years, and recommend Dr. Wills and his staff to anyone.
