I appreciate the ongoing attention and service being provided by Dr. Wills and staff as I continue through a long course of treatment. That treatment has included several rounds of oral surgery by another dentist/oral surgeon, with the subsequent dental work by Dr. Wills. Dr. Wills and the oral surgeon have throughout the process coordinated their actions and my appointments to meet my needs, and Dr. Wills and his staff have especially gone beyond the call of duty to help me out.
Everyone at Shady Springs Dental is awesome...great place to go for dental treatment...my kids feel right at home there as we've been seeing Dr. Clay for about 9 years. Everyone is always very friendly and appointments are started on time...we love not having to sit and wait.

I was treated with respect, concrn and kindness. The staff and the doctor were very nice and considerate.
I always get all of my questions answered. I am spoken to and listened to as if each word I say matters. The dentist always works with me to fit my budget concerns with the plan . I am extremely happy with Dr. Wills and the entire staff.
Dr. Wills and his staff are always very pleasant and knowledgeable professionals.I fully trust their recommendations and treatment. When you make an appointment, you are seen by someone in a timely manner. This is just one other great feature of being a patient at this practice. Going to the dentist can actually be fun! I greatly appreciate the friendly, courteous attitude of everyone there, it really makes the visits pleasant and not dreadful as were the visits to my previous dentist of nearly 20 years who only had negative and critical things to say at times treating me as if I were ignorant. Dr. Wills is our favorite dentist. He is interested in his patients and is very gentle when preforming any dental care. My children have elected him as their favorite dentist and we would recommend him to all of our friends and family.
