No one wants to wake up to water dripping into their first floor kitchen from their second floor water heater. The team at Shafer understood my urgency, and greeted me warmly and scheduled me quickly. once at my house, Franc listened to my problem, assessed the situation, gave me a fair price, fixed the leak quickly (most important part), and cleaned up the site. Franc was very polite and friendly, all while remaining very professional.

5 ⭐️ Rodney was very informative and explained things that would improve our AC system without pressuring us. We really enjoyed his company. Work was done very professionally and I even appreciated the booties he wore when he entered my home to not track in dirt. We will absolutely use Shafer Services and request Rodney to be our guy!
