I've been going to this office for about a year now and everyone I've interacted with there has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and all around wonderful to work with. They're great at developing and explaining treatment plans and working with insurance. An all around great dental practice!
I have severe dental anxiety based on a lot of dental trauma as a kid and an adult. During an initial visit, Dr. Vitols and the hygenist explained everything to me, including a treatment plan. Dr. Vitols understood my anxiety, explaining procedures in detail so I knew what was happening and what I would feel and experience. The receptionist was completely rude, he had an extreme lack of empathy for humanity. If that's how he acts over the phone I would hate to see what happens when someone needing help gets to sit in a chair. 🤷🙏
Everyone is so friendly, they do their best to get you in and out in a timely manner, they explain what they're doing and why, and I would absolutely recommend anyone to come to Shaftsbury Dental.
Everyone is so nice! Brandy did a great job on my deep cleaning - gentle but very thorough! They did not grill me about my flossing habits or try to upsell me on fancy equipment, unlike dentists I’ve been to in the past. Highly recommend.
