We needed emergency furnace repair on a rental property in single digit temperature after hours. 90 minutes after I called the repair man had the heat working again. The price was very reasonable considering after hour repair. We were out of state and very satisfied. This is the 3rd time we used them. Highly recommend.

Just finished with a service call for some basement flooding coming from 9-yr-old air-conditioning unit that has required about 20 minutes of mopping up twice a day for repeated leakages over several days. At first I thought it was the water heater because of where the water was pooling but it soon became clear that was not the problem. Shagovac has cancelled three appointments for an installation of whole house air conditioning. Made an appointment for them to come out today to replace faulty thermostats. No one showed up or called to cancel.

I have been dealing with Shagovac Heating & Cooling since 2008 when they installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. The process went smoothly and all personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The owner even assisted me in registering the equipment.
