This is my second furnace with Shagovac and there is a reason I have stuck with them. They're people are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Pricing is very competitive. They are also the company I turn to for yearly maintenance. I'm comfortable recommending them!

Excellent! I can't say enough about the quality, efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness of the service I received. I would recommend Shagovac to anyone. Every step was explained and the cost was exactly what was quoted. Definitely a repeat customer.

Shagovac has cancelled three appointments for an installation of whole house air conditioning. Made an appointment for them to come out today to replace faulty thermostats. No one showed up or called to cancel.

I have been dealing with Shagovac Heating & Cooling since 2008 when they installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. The process went smoothly and all personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The owner even assisted me in registering the equipment. Recently, during a cold spell, my furnace had an issue. Jim was able to get me on the schedule for a service call within hours. Things didn't go as expected. I was assured by Jim of Shagovac that it wouldn't be necessary for me to be home during the install as I couldn't miss time from work. Worst decision ever. Came home after first day of install to find 8+ chunks missing from my wooden deck due to worker dragging old furnace down the stairs of my deck. Also the interior closet wall leading to the crawlspace where the furnace is located was damaged (paint/drywall scraped off). Everyone I have dealt with at Shagovac has been extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They call you back right away and schedule appointments right away. They explain what they are doing and are very reasonably priced. I had a bad experience with another company and Shagovac restored my faith that businesses really care about their customers. They quickly installed equipment to get my air conditioning working correctly and even corrected a problem the other company caused and did not charge extra for that service. ... read more
