Pregnancies, breast feeding, age and gravity take a toll on women's bodies. I wanted to do something about it but I wanted the best surgeon I could find

Blamed my thick skin many times for the less than desirable aesthetic results Not a good experience with secondary rhinoplasty. 1st rhino 2006 Dr Raval, 2nd 2019 Dr Shah, 3rd 2022 Dr Shah. Shah performed 2022 surgery with no surgeon costs as the 2019 result was poor. Between 2nd and 3rd with Dr Shah I've lost 1/2 of my ability to breathe in or out of my nose. To help remedy this, he suggested treatment to ‘move turbinates laterally'. I went to get additional opinions: 3 other well respected plastic surgeon ENTs in Denver did... read more

Based on your physical exam, CT scans, and desires to have an overall smaller nose after your first rhinoplasty (that resulted in scarring and skin thickening requiring steroid injections by your first surgeon), I stand by my recommendations for your care. In fact, your other surgeon's (2nd opinions) recommendations included turbinate reduction procedures if needed. Not so good - lower face & neck lift, small implant & revision I had a very bad experience. I had 4 things done with Dr Shah and none went well. These are my opinions and experiences only. So please make up your own mind. I had a lower face and neck lift. It was horrible. I looked like I'd been sucked in on the sides. Picture included. At first he tried to tell me it's because I used filler and that can happen. I'm like --ah I would bet about 90% of all people who have this had filler prior.
