Wasn’t prepared (didn’t look at online info ahead of time) and didn’t really listen.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. SHE IS LAZY I've been seeing her for two years. Last year I walked into her office and told her I was in extreme pain and couldn't function, couldn't take care of my meds. She gave me some antacids, ran ZERO tests, and told me if I didn't feel better to come back in THREE MONTHS. I struggled for 10 months of severe pain with no help from her. This doctor does not listen well and was argumentative when I asked for specific care. Her aggressive and combative attitude made me very uncomfortable. Referrals and billing were repeatedly incorrect and caused a ton of unnecessary work for me.
Staff seemed friendly but distracted. A 15-minute exam took a total of 1 1/2 hours with the waiting and being left in the room. The concerns I brought to my appointment were mostly disregarded. Why ask about my concerns if they are not going to be addressed? I didn't feel like I was heard. Dr. is also difficult to understand.
Shahla Walizada was not very helpful. Seemed more interested in talking than listening. Will have to find a different primary care physician.
