Kaleb DeCora is my Shamrock Roofing Representative in Omaha, NE. He has been working with me on my hail insurance claim on my roof and will be doing installing in October. He is a five star out of five star rating. He is very thorough, takes his time on explaining things when you don't understand, he is patient, kind and he is NEVER pushy. Shamrock just put a new roof on our house. Jeremy A***** was our contractor. He helped us with our insurance claim. We were prepared to pay for the roof out of pocket. Jeremy was able to work with our home owners insurance and they covered the whole amount. Jeremy saved us a lot of money. He also sent the insurance company proof of work after the job was done. Shamrock Roofing did an excellent job installing the roof.

Adrian W******* from OP KS came to my home for an inspecting/ consultation and he did an excellent job. He listened to what I was upset about and why I had called his company to send someone out. He took great pictures and explained what he saw and what needed to be done to my property. He had also done a great job following up with me to answer further questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Adrian.

Jeremy Algier,with Shamrock Roofing St. Louis, contacted us in July of 2024 about the possibility of doing an assessment of our roof. We agreed since we were aware that a new roof would be needed soon. He inspected the roof himself that day and informed us that there had been hail damage at some point. He then helped us through the process of filing an insurance claim and all of the necessary paperwork. He was so patient in explaining each step. Jeremy Algiere at Shamrock Roofing was amazing! Great communication, beautiful craftsmanship, couldn't ask for more. Professional, friendly, answered all my questions. Top notch. Doug B****** and the Shamrock team did an excellent job with replacing the roof on our home and shed in Omaha Nebraska. Doug handled all the aspects of the job by working with our insurance adjuster as well as the submission of the paperwork with our insurance company. The roof was put on in a matter of hours as well as the gutters/downspouts. Doug came by to inspect the work they completed. We could not have been more pleased with his leadership and results. We will be recommending Doug and Shamrock.
